We may collect and process driver account information, phone number, email address, profile photo, vehicle information, trip details, pickup and drop-off locations, assigned rides, ride status, timestamps, device information, Firebase Cloud Messaging token, crash reports, diagnostics, performance information and location data required for driver availability, dispatching, ride assignment, active ride tracking and service safety.
The GetTaxi Driver Albania app accesses and collects driver location data when the driver is using the app and is online or available for work.

Location data may be used while the app is open. Where required for active trips or driver availability, location may continue to be used in the background according to the permissions granted by the driver on the device.
Drivers can stop availability by going offline in the driver app or by changing location permissions in their device settings. If location permission is disabled, some driver app features may not work correctly, including going online, receiving nearby ride requests and active trip tracking.
We use information to create and manage driver accounts, verify and approve drivers, send ride requests and push notifications, connect customers with available drivers, support dispatching, manage active trips and trip history, provide support, improve app reliability and safety, prevent fraud and comply with legal or operational obligations.
We do not sell personal data.
Data may be shared only when necessary with dispatchers and administrators operating the GetTaxi Albania platform, customers for active or confirmed rides, service providers such as Firebase for push notifications, crash reporting, analytics and monitoring, payment providers where required, and authorities if required by law.
Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers. GetTaxi Albania does not store full card numbers on its own servers.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse or alteration. Access to personal data is limited to authorized personnel and systems required to operate the service.
We keep driver account, location, trip and service data only as long as needed for service operation, legal, accounting, safety, dispute resolution, fraud prevention and support purposes.
