How do company accounts work?
Company/fleet accounts use the web portal to manage drivers, offers and fixed/dispatcher jobs.
Company rules
- Companies do not receive Ride Now calls directly as a company account.
- Company drivers receive Ride Now calls individually when they log in to the Driver App.
- The company portal can manage drivers and see each driver’s activity.
- Companies can handle Get Offers and fixed/dispatcher jobs through the web portal.
Company registration
- Register your company/fleet from the Business page.
- Add VAT/NIPT, bank details and business registration document/photo.
- Admin reviews the company before approving portal access.
