How do payments work?
Payment depends on the service type and how the trip is confirmed.
Payment rules
- For Get Offers, payment/confirmation happens after you choose the best offer.
- Some trips may require online payment before the driver is confirmed.
- Cash trips can be marked as payment required or unpaid until completed and reconciled.
- Receipts and payment status are kept in the system for confirmed trips.
Need help with a payment?
- Send support the trip number if you have it.
- Include the phone or email used for the booking.
- Explain if the payment failed, was duplicated, or needs review.
